At 500mg caffeine per double scoop, Per4m 2.0 is positioned at the upper range of commercially available pre-workout stimulant doses. This level of caffeine is appropriate only for individuals with a well-established and high caffeine tolerance who are familiar with high-stimulant pre-workouts. The creatine monohydrate inclusion provides cumulative performance benefits over time, while taurine, L-tyrosine and alpha GPC contribute to focus, neurotransmitter support and the mind-muscle connection.
