Shipping policy
How Australian Sports Nutrition gets your order to you, what it costs and how long it takes.
Rates
- Flat $10.00 for standard shipping anywhere in Australia.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $150.00 or more, after any discounts are applied.
- The progress bar at the top of every page shows how much more you need to spend to reach free shipping.

Every order travels with Australia Post. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery estimates are Australia Post's, counted from dispatch, and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Dispatch
- We pack and hand over orders Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.
- Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day leave the same day. Anything later goes out the next business day.
- During sales and restocks dispatch can take one extra business day. If it will be longer than that, we email you.
Delivery times
- All orders travel with Australia Post.
- Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra: typically 2-4 business days.
- Perth, Darwin, Hobart and regional addresses: typically 4-6 business days.
- These are Australia Post estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays and peak periods stretch them.
Tracking
- You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email the moment the label is scanned.
- Tracking can take a few hours to start updating after you receive it. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
- You can also check progress on our track your order page using your order number and billing email.
Addresses
- We ship to street addresses, PO boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia.
- We cannot ship outside Australia.
- Check your address carefully at checkout. Once a parcel is in the Australia Post network we cannot redirect it.
