Acetyl L-carnitine supports the transport of fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production, contributing to fat utilisation during training and at rest. Chromium picolinate is a trace mineral that supports insulin sensitivity and has been studied for its role in regulating carbohydrate metabolism and reducing food cravings.
