These terms

They apply to every order placed through this website.
Please read them before ordering. Placing an order means you accept them.
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you check out.
We may decline an order — for example if stock has run out, a price was listed incorrectly, or a payment check fails. If we do, we refund you in full.
You must be at least 18 to order.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Prices can change without notice, but never after we have confirmed your order.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Your order is not processed until payment clears.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before doing anything, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping costs, dispatch times and delivery estimates are set out in our shipping policy.
What you can return and how long you have is set out in our return policy.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.

Product information, including images, is provided by the brand. Formulations and packaging change; always read the label on the product you receive before use.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet or for medical treatment.
Talk to a healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication.
Use only as directed. Stop and seek medical advice if you have an adverse reaction.

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through your account.
Tell us at hello@australiansportsnutrition.shop straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
We may suspend an account we believe is being used fraudulently.

The text, images, layout and code on this site belong to Australian Sports Nutrition or our suppliers.
You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them.
We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, weather or other things outside our control.
