Click & collect
Order online, skip the shipping cost and pick it up when it suits you.
How it works
- Add what you want to your cart and choose Click & Collect at checkout.
- We pick your order and email you when it is ready. Most orders are ready within 2 hours during opening hours.
- Bring your confirmation email and photo ID that matches the name on the order.
What it costs
- Nothing. Click & Collect is free on any order, at any value.
Collection window
- We hold orders for 7 days from the ready-for-collection email.
- If you need longer, reply to that email and we will keep it aside.
- Orders not collected after 7 days are returned to stock and refunded to the original payment method.
Someone else collecting
- Reply to your confirmation email with their full name before they arrive.
- They will need to show photo ID matching that name.
